Offline Payment Policy: To pay offline, please select the amount you will pay within the sliding scale and click the "offline payment" option at the bottom of this form. To complete your payment, either drop-off (at the Guild) or mail a check or cash postmarked before February 18, 2025. Checks should be made out to “Southern Oregon Guild” and mailed to PO Box 1596 Cave Junction, OR 97523. This ensures your spot is reserved AND guarantees our facilitators are paid for their time.
