I once read somewhere or heard, "It's the little things in life that make it worth living." This has stuck with me, for years, and has been the theme that I have been working on in my art.

The world we live in is so full of wonder and beauty, but as a people, I think we overlook wondrous things right in front ot us. Many people don't take the time to consider the simple beauty that is a snail shell or a bottle cap.

I try to see beauty in simple everyday things, whether it is the dappled light on an old barn, the antics of young children, the friendship between man and dog, or the amazing colors and shapes of vegetables in a bowl.

I want to bring art of these thing to the world, to encourage consideration of everything we encounter. I feel it's my mission to bring attention to the things we walk by every day.
